1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "Terms & Conditions") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User," "Player," "You," or "Your") and 678ph (hereinafter "678ph," "We," "Us," "Our," or "the Company"), the operator of the gaming platform accessible at 678ph.cam and related domains. 678ph reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Required documentation may include but is not limited to: government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (photograph of credit card, bank statement, or e-wallet screenshot). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Security Obligations

• Use a strong, unique password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent 678ph
• Log out of your account completely when finished playing, especially when using shared or public computers
• Ensure that your registered email address and mobile phone number remain current and under your exclusive control
• Immediately report any suspicious account activity, unauthorized transactions, or security concerns to 678ph customer support

678ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that exhibits suspicious activity, violates security protocols, or is suspected of being accessed by unauthorized parties. In such cases, 678ph may require additional identity verification before restoring account access or processing withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits to your 678ph account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the refund of the deposit and potential account closure. 678ph establishes minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method, which may be adjusted at our sole discretion. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the policies of your financial institution. 678ph does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities. 678ph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates our AML policies or applicable law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

678ph offers various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. We reserve the right to investigate any account exhibiting unusual activity and to suspend accounts pending the completion of such investigations. If an investigation reveals violations of these Terms & Conditions, 678ph may take appropriate action including account closure, fund forfeiture, and reporting to regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality available on the 678ph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), are the exclusive property of 678ph, our licensors, or our content providers and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 678ph platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use and only in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the 678ph platform without our express prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 678ph and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the 678ph platform.

678ph makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from use of the platform will be accurate or reliable. Technical issues, software malfunctions, and service interruptions may occur, and 678ph shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from such events.

9. Termination and Account Closure

678ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will immediately cease.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. 678ph is not responsible for any funds left in closed accounts beyond the withdrawal processing period.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 678ph platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and 678ph. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.
